Question 1

Why are there no prices on this site?

Accepted Answer

Because a published figure would be wrong for most of the businesses reading it. A twelve-person firm with nothing documented and a thirty-person firm with half a system in place need different work. I would rather tell you the real number on a call than publish one that has to be renegotiated. You get it in writing within 24 hours of the call, and nothing is added afterwards.

Question 2

How soon can you start?

Accepted Answer

A diagnostic can usually start within a week of the call. Retainer engagements depend on current capacity, which I will tell you honestly on the call rather than taking work I cannot do properly.

Question 3

Do you work with businesses outside Nigeria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Remote engagements run on your time zone within reason. On-site work is available, with travel costs covered separately.

Question 4

We only need one piece of this. Is that possible?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Say so on the call and I will tell you whether it can be scoped on its own or whether fixing it properly needs something upstream of it first.

Question 5

Who actually does the work?

Accepted Answer

I do. There is no team behind me doing delivery while I sell. That is also why a limited number of engagements run at once.

Question 6

What happens when the engagement ends?

Accepted Answer

You keep everything. The systems, the documentation, the training. The point of the work is that it keeps running without me, so a client who never comes back is a success, not a loss.
