ABOUT DDB

I build the thing that runs the business

I build the systems, records and decision rules that let a founder-led business run to standard without the founder sitting inside every process.

Seven years of building structure from the inside

The person behind
the work

I work with founder led businesses that are good at what they do
and have grown past the way they run.

My background is seven years of building operating structures
from the inside.

Manufacturing

From nothing written down to a functioning system.

As a business development and partnerships manager,
I took a company through national certification and
its first supply chain out of China.

Architecture and interiors

From a founder working alone to a staffed business.

As an operations manager, I helped build the records
and working structure needed to support a growing team.

Fintech

From memory based work to written process.

As a strategy and operations manager, I replaced
informal ways of working with documented processes
the team could follow.

Executive leadership

From the ground up.

As a Chief Operating Officer, I built a complete
operating framework from scratch.

Four industries. The same job every time.

I am not interested in handing you a folder of documents
nobody opens. I build the structure your team actually
uses, train them on it, and leave it working.

PHILOSOPHY

How I think about
this work

✓

Most business problems are about how the business is set up, not how hard people are trying.

✓

A written rule beats a good memory, every time.

✓

Boring, simple systems are what make growth feel calm.

✓

Honest numbers beat optimistic ones, even when the honest ones are bad news.

✓

A system that only works while I am there has failed.

✓

Most of your processes are manual and live in WhatsApp.

You get straight answers, clear recommendations, and someone who will tell you when you are wrong.

Questions people ask

Clear answers to help you understand how the work happens,
what to expect, and whether we are the right fit.

Why are there no prices on this site?

Because a published figure would be wrong for most of the
businesses reading it. A twelve-person firm with nothing
documented and a thirty-person firm with half a system in
place need different work. I would rather tell you the real
number on a call than publish one that has to be renegotiated.
You get it in writing within 24 hours of the call, and nothing
is added afterwards.

How soon can you start?

A diagnostic can usually start within a week of the call.
Retainer engagements depend on current capacity, which I will
tell you honestly on the call rather than taking work I cannot
do properly.

Do you work with businesses outside Nigeria?

Yes. Remote engagements run on your time zone within reason.
On-site work is available, with travel costs covered separately.

We only need one piece of this. Is that possible?

Often, yes. Say so on the call and I will tell you whether it
can be scoped on its own or whether fixing it properly needs
something upstream of it first.

Who actually does the work?

I do. There is no team behind me doing delivery while I sell.
That is also why a limited number of engagements run at once.

What happens when the engagement ends?

You keep everything. The systems, the documentation, the
training. The point of the work is that it keeps running
without me, so a client who never comes back is a success,
not a loss.
